Sign in using 2FA

If you or an administrator add two-factor authentication (2FA) to your account, follow these steps to sign in to Alta Video:

Sign in to Alta Video using 2FA

1. From a compatible browser (Chrome or Microsoft Edge), browse to your Alta Video deployment.
2. Choose your preferred language from the drop-down menu. For more information, see Set your preferred language.
3. Enter your email.
4. Enter your password.
5. Click Sign in.
6. Open your authenticator app and obtain a code.
7. Enter the code in the Alta Video sign-in dialog before it expires.
8. Click Confirm.
9. After your credentials are verified, the main dashboard opens.
